Cannot play my thal bugs me under the map

I also had this exact same problem today except it has been giving me problems on my Pachy instead I have video of me stuck under the map and then randomly being freed and spawned back at Salt Flats where my dino was….during the bug it claimed I was in Green Hills though I never actually was. Try to use the /respawn command and game says “You have not been alive long enough” so your forced to loose growth if you can’t get out in time before food and water dies out. This issue needs to be addressed asap…watch the whole video and you’ll see me escape the bug…not sure why it let me free.
