Sarco does not recover stamina

I was fighting some players on dry land with my Sarco when I ran out of stamina. Upon entering the water to recover it, the stamina bar got stuck and remained completely depleted; even after I went back onto land to sleep, nothing changed. I’m not sure how to reproduce this, as it only happened once, but one thing is certain: ever since the game came back online, many bugs have been popping up and I managed to record this one in particular.
