My water dragon cannot use its abilities.
Description
My water‑based dinosaur cannot use its abilities. This appears to be a bug. The issue occurs whenever I am at the shoreline. Skills work fine fully in‑water or fully on land, but stop working when positioned at the water‑land boundary.

Observed Result
I have tested further and confirmed that Tylosaurus also encounters this same bug. When positioned near the shore / water‑land boundary, all abilities cannot be activated.
Expected Result
Aquatic creatures should be able to use their abilities normally even when close to the shoreline.
Steps to Reproduce

Take control of an aquatic creature (water dragon / Tylosaurus). Move the creature to the shoreline, the water‑land boundary. Attempt to activate any ability.
