stirring den critter icon bugged

Originally I had started the stirring den quest on my lamb but had died during the quest to the critters. I then switched to my campto and the icons for the critters were still there in game, I then redid the quest assuming it would reguster and fix the bug but it did not.

The icons for both critters from the den stayed idle in game and would not leave until i restarded the game.

After dying to the critters I assumed the icons would disappear.
