Rex tail bug
Description
Rex tail animation double firing. the first attempt seems as though its not doing damage, the 2nd is the real one, but as you can see in the clips something is wrong, my tail is doing the animation but no damage is being dealt and the cd is not being reset

Expected Result
the cd would proc for the tail and it would do damage
Steps to Reproduce

Go on rex and start to swing your tail, i am not sure if its a spammable issue like pressing the button too many times but either way when you do, the tail animation swings but no damage is dealt and no cd appears
