Free Roam Critters Don't Spawn

I've been running around on my alio questing and I've noticed that there has been no free roam critter spawns anywhere. I don't know if this is a bug but figured I'd report it just in case it is. Take the reproduction attempts with a grain of salt, I just listed how many locations I noticed this happening in at the time of reporting.

Usually there's plenty of free roam critters around the map.

All free roam critters have disappeared.
