In-game Player List displays halved socket ping instead of full RTT
Description
The ping metric displayed on the Player List shows approximately half of the actual gameplay round-trip time. It matches the one-way socket ping shown in the server info header (around 38-42 ms) rather than the true connection RTT shown by the lower network diagnostics overlay (around 76-85 ms). This misleads players regarding their actual gameplay latency and input response.

Observed Result
The Player List shows a ping of 38 ms, which only reflects one-way network transit or unadjusted PlayerState ping, while the actual net driver RTT at the same moment is 76.9 ms.
Expected Result
The Player List should display the real RTT calculated by the network driver, consistent with the lower network overlay ping.
Steps to Reproduce
Join any multiplayer server
Enable the Debug Info
Open the Player List and compare the ping value shown next to the player's name with both the server header ping and the bottom network overlay ping.
