Changing gender on Tyrannosaurus bataar does not apply the growth penalty

When I changed the gender of my Tyrannosaurus bataar character, the expected growth stage penalty was not applied. The character kept all its growth progress after paying marks for gender change.

After paying marks and switching gender on my sub-adult Tyrannosaurus bataar, its growth stage remained unchanged. No growth was lost.

Changing dinosaur gender should remove one full growth stage as the game intended.
