Issues with Collecting/Eating/Interacting, since one the recent Update or patch.

Description

I'm not sure exactly when these issues began, but it was either with the Stego TLC, or after one of the smaller patches the came afterward. But lately, collecting quest items has had issues with collection speed and with input response. For example, normally you could just hold the Collect button and your dino would collect the quest items as fast as it could. Now there is a delay between each item being collected, so the process is much slower than normal. Sometimes you can get around this by pressing the Collect button for each individual item, if you time it just right and press the button just as the prior Collect animation ends. However, this doesn't seem to be effective on every dino. It also seems that different dinos are effected to a greater or lesser degree than others, by these issues. Some dinos are more effected, where, even if you try to Collect each item separately, the button press often doesn't register and you have to press repeatedly. Eating individual Food pieces also seems to be effected.

Outcomes

Observed Result

Slower than normal collection of quest items, and unresponsive Collecting and Eating inputs.

Expected Result

Should be able to hold the Collect button and collect the quest items at the max speed the dino is capable of, with no delay between item pick up. And should be able to pull off individual piece of meat, and then Swallow, without having to press the inputs multiple times to attempt each action.

Steps to Reproduce

1

Log in on a dino and begin doing quests and collecting the quest items. You will see that, on many dinos, maybe all, that the collection speed is much slower, and there are delays between each item pick up.

2

Attempt to bypass this by using individual button presses to pick up each item manually. On some dinos, if you time your button press just as the previous item pick up animation finishes, you can collect at a faster speed, closer to the collection speed prior to these issues. This does not work effectively on every dino, and you will see that you often need to press the Collect input more than once, to collect an item.

3

Kill a critter on a carnivorous dino and then pull off individual pieces of meat and try to swallow them. You will see that you often have to press the Swallow input more than once to swallow the piece of food. Unless you wait several seconds after pulling the piece of meat from the corpse. I have encountered a similar issue with pulling individual pieces off food of of Berry Bushes on Herbivores.

I just want to add that, if you are holding an item in your mouth, such a piece of food, and then you drop it just prior to attempting to Collect some quest items, it will prevent you from interacting with the Quest items items for a couple of seconds. It's like, performing one type of interaction, momentarily locks you out of the other. Prior to these issues cropping up, I could just drop whatever I was holding, and immediately begin Collecting my quest items, and then pick the other item back up again. Now you have to wait a couple of seconds after dropping the initial item you are carrying, before trying to Collect your Quest items, or your "Collect" input will not register.
