Bloom disappears when in nest as an Aquatic
Description
IN OFFICIAL SERVER
when nesting as tylosaurus, when I went to sleep via the nest above the waterline, it would intermittently show the entire horizon and vanish the bloom even during foggy weather. allowing me to view and see other players on the shoreline. Unsure if this applies to other aquatics but especially tylosaurus.

Observed Result
No bloom, able to see other players walking on the coastline even when far away when foggy.
Expected Result
Standard bloom/fog not showing the entire horizon from where I am located to be smooth and seamless.
Steps to Reproduce
lie in nest whilst camera remain underwater and open menu, close then point camera above surface.
