Observed Result
The Stegosaurus retains its clamp ability and can continue using it even after all required stacks are lost. The ability is only removed or reset if the player performs a safe logout.
Expected Result
Upon losing the required stacks, the Stegosaurus should immediately lose access to the clamp ability. Safe logging out should not be a prerequisite for updating or removing stack-dependent abilities.
Steps to Reproduce
Step 1: Log into the server and spawn/play as a Stegosaurus. Step 2: Build up the required stacks to unlock the clamp ability. Step 3: Lose or allow all stacks to decay back to zero. Step 4: Attempt to use the clamp ability while at zero stacks. (Notice the ability still functions). Step 5: Perform a safe logout (safelog) and log back into the server. Step 6: Check the clamp ability again. (Notice it is now properly disabled).
