Visual Effect remain on player after shedding scales

After using the shed scales ability on Leeds there is a visual bug only able to be seen by the player that resembles being wet or envenomed

I shed my scales and a visual effect remained on my Leeds despite logging out, switching dinosaurs and shedding scales again

a brief animation with the shed scales and then no visual affect on the player
