Stegosaurus TLC Mossy Bed Quest Bug.

After the Mossy Bed Quest had started, the quest could not be completed as the cooldown never started to begin with. I Show in the Video, how a few minutes later, the Quest worked as intended.

The Quest could not be completed after it began.

After the Quest began, and I sat in the designated Spot, a Countdown should have began, and after i would have sat there for the duration of the Countdown, the Quest would have been completed.
