"Musician" sense does not reduce the cooldown of "Hustle" call (Metri)

The "Musician" sense is supposed to reduce call cooldowns by 20%. However, this reduction is not applying to the "Hustle" call. While the sense works correctly for all other calls, the cooldown for Hustle remains at the default 5 minutes when "Musician" is equipped.

The "Hustle" call retains its full 5-minute cooldown despite the "Musician" sense being active.

The "Musician" sense should reduce the cooldown of the "Hustle" call by 20% (down to 4 minutes), just as it does for all other calls.
