No drinking prompt (Panjura)
Description
In several creeks around Panjura I have noted the lack of drinking prompt/water quality note popping up when I angle my camera to the water. Most recently (and prompting the report) I have noted this happening in a creek just south of Grassland Crater.

Observed Result
During this bug I cannot drink water and the water quality is not displayed.
Expected Result
I expect to be able to see the water quality and be able to drink properly from a water source.
Steps to Reproduce
I walk away from the creek, and reaproach before looking down at the water while standing in the creek to attempt to drink before walking away to try again

My computer is up to date with all updates, system updates, driver updates, it is more than capable of running the game for long periods of time without any issue. While the issue is occuring my ping is well below 100 consistently, there is no other server issue that could be the cause
