Character clips through underwater terrain/rock mesh, getting stuck and dying

Description

While swimming/navigating underwater near rock formations (in areas like Coastal Bluffs), my character clipped straight through the solid collision mesh into an unintended underground/under-rock cavity. The character became trapped inside the geometry, unable to properly navigate out, which eventually caused quest failures, group disbanding, and death.

The character phased through the underwater rock collision boundary, became trapped under the map/inside the mesh, and died, leaving a shark/dinosaur corpse unreachable or glitched inside the terrain

Underwater rock meshes should have solid collision to prevent players from clipping through them, allowing normal movement and swimming along the boundaries.
