Can't interact with quest items, eat food or drink water.
Description
This bug prevents you from questing, eating or drinking water.
When you have an item picked up, drop it and then the split second the drop animation ends start collecting a quest item.
You'll collect one quest item and then the bug activates making it so you can't interact with anything.
I've only been able to reproduce this bug while holding down the 'collect' button and not by spamming it.
The only solution I've found for this is to relog to the character creator screen.
It's tricky to do it on purpose, although possible as it was done on purpose in the video evidence but has happened to me multiple times while just questing.

Steps to Reproduce
Pick up any item, flower, berry bush, shell etc
Go to a quest item
Drop the item
The moment the drop animation ends (like the exact split second) start collecting the quest item by holding down the 'collect' button
The bug will activate after collecting one item then and you'll no longer be able to interact with anything
