Description
This bug occurs rarely. It may require repeating the death process more than ten times to trigger. After the dinosaur dies, its cut effect is still active and can apply debuffs to targets.

Observed Result
This bug occurs occasionally. After the dinosaur dies, its cut effect is still active and can apply debuffs to targets
Expected Result
The cut effect should stop working once the dinosaur dies. Also, the dinosaur should not retain this effect after respawning.
Steps to Reproduce
1
1. Use a dinosaur with cut ability to attack another creature 2. Let your dinosaur die while the cut debuff is active 3. Check if the cut effect still applies to the target 4. Respawn the dinosaur and verify it does not carry the cut effect
