Cave Root Texture Glitch in Whispering Columns
Description
On officials, in a small cave next to the Whispering Columns homecave, there is a texture issue with the roots on the left side of the cave entrance. The textures flicker back and forth with player movement and camera movement. The coordinates are (X=-39837.45731,Y=185329.24093,Z=479.840625).

Observed Result
Walking back in forth in the cave, the roots glitch, flicker, and change position slightly. Player movement and camera movement will trigger this.
Expected Result
The roots should be stationary and consistent with the cave walls.
Steps to Reproduce
Enter the cave.
Advance into the cave, Before you reach the main part, you will pass two sets of roots on the left side of the cave. As you pass or even before, the roots will phase back and forth.
Turn around and exit the cave, as you do, the roots will behave the same way.
