Spinosaurus Tail Attack has no knockback
Description
On multiplayer server, Spinosaurus uses its Tail Attack ability. The attack lands and deals damage to the target, but no knockback effect is applied. This bug occurs after the Stegosaurus TLC update on multiplayer server. The Tail Sweep attack lands and deals damage, but occasionally the knockback effect fails to apply. I have encountered this issue twice, and the exact trigger condition is unclear.

When Spinosaurus Tail Attack hits an enemy dinosaur, it should apply the intended knockback effect to push the target away.

1. Join multiplayer server. 2. Spawn or tame a Spinosaurus. 3. Place another dinosaur as target within Tail Attack range. 4. Activate Spinosaurus Tail Attack and observe the target.
