Game says I need to buy a skin that I already have (Metri)

The game prompts me to purchase the "Masked" skin, which is already unlocked and owned on my account. As seen in the screenshot, the color palettes show padlock icons, and the "Begin Shed" button is disabled.

I am being asked to buy a skin I already have, and I cannot start shedding because the interface locks the color options.

The skin should show as owned, the color palettes should be unlocked, and the "Begin Shed" button should be active.
