Terrain Hole of Death

There is a hole in the walk way in white cliffs down on the rocky shore that my Campto fell into and drowned.

I was running along the outer banks of white cliffs and the beach turned into a rocky walkway at water level. There is a hole in the ground large enough that I fell into it and could not escape. I eventually drowned.

You should be able to escape the hole
