After completing the Bloodstone Crystal quest on Titan, no rewards were given.

I visited Titan map for the Bloodstone Crystal quest for the first time today and received no corresponding rewards. I thought it was just a delay and did not pay much attention to it. I came to Titan to finish the quest a second time and still got no rewards. After my final attempt, I am certain that this is a bug

The quest shows the required completion count in the quest list after finishing it, yet I receive no rewards. The progress disappears once I leave the Titan map

receive the corresponding quest rewards
