Stegosaurus' Clamp makes all skills in the Tail bar unusable
Description
When I discovered this bug in Stegosaurus after obtaining tlc while playing, using Stegosaurus to clamp other dinosaurs and then using Clamp again, I found that all skills in the Tail bar could not be used, which seemed to be permanent until death or re entering the game to resolve this bug.

Observed Result
Using Stegosaurus' Clamp skill to clamp other small dinosaurs and then using regular attacks to smash them to the ground, it will be found that the skills in the Tail bar can be used normally. However, after clamping other small dinosaurs and then using Clamp again to put down the clamped dinosaur, it will be found that all skills in the Tail bar cannot be used.
Expected Result
I think under normal circumstances, after using Stegosaurus to clamp other dinosaurs and then using Clamp to put down the clamped dinosaur, all skills in the Tail bar should also be able to be used normally.
Steps to Reproduce
Select the official server to match the map and enter the game, then choose Stegosaurus to enter the game
Carry the Clamp skill and ensure to carry any skill from the Tail bar, then attack small dinosaurs that can be clamped by Stegosaurus to meet the trigger conditions for the Clamp skill
Using Clamp to clamp down on the little dragon, and then using regular attacks to smash the small dinosaur to the ground, you will find that the skills in the Tail bar can be used normally. However, after clamping down on other small dinosaurs and then using Clamp again to put down the clamped dinosaur, you will find that all skills in the Tail bar cannot be used
