Thal huge crown effect doesn't seem to have worked

Tahl's huge crown's reduction of 200% impact damage didn't take effect, which caused him to be particularly injured by collision objects in flight.

When the version was first updated, while playing Thal I found that my damage from collisions was extremely high; at first I thought it was simply because I was flying too fast and didn’t pay attention to it. Later, once I used a dodge skill while in mid-flight, my health dropped from normal levels to just a tiny amount.

I hope to fix this problem and add thal's huge crown effect back.
