Hunger showing after leaving the group

When playing with my friend on a realism server, she left the group but I was still able to see her hunger visuals despite not being in the group with her, meaning I could see where she was at any given time. I safe logged to be certain this would go away, but it did not, and continued whilst we were ungrouped.

No impact other than this could be perceived as meta gaming in a realism server as our profile dictates that the stegos in the server have poor eyesight, but in this case, the hunger visual makes it obvious where they are at all times

When ungrouped, I would expect this to disappear
