Hatzegopteryx unable to let go of clamped target when stamina hits a certain %

Description

When I clamp a player with Hatzegopteryx and they start bucking, my stamina drains as expected. However, once my stamina gets too low, the clamp ability becomes unavailable, and I can no longer release the player. This was a bug for Rex and Tylosaurus as well but they have been fixed. Meanwhile, Hatzegopteryx still faces the same issue.

Observed Result

Even if stamina is too low to initiate another clamp, I should still be able to release the player at any time and not let it waste my stamina.

Expected Result

Hatzegopteryx should always be able to release a clamped target even when stamina is really low.

Steps to Reproduce

1

Spawn in a server as your Hatzegopteryx

2

Find another player and use clamp to grab them

3

Have the grabbed player repeatedly buck

4

Allow your stamina to drain until it becomes very low

5

Attempt to release the player using clamp, it won’t let you because the ability becomes unavailable.

Uses the same number of stamina when you initially clamp the target. This is not a bug and is intentional. what I do in this event, is jump till I have no stamina for unclamp before I hit under 1/4 of stamina.
