Entered Cave with Trophy never claimed
Description
I was gifted a TT trophy from a couple of Rexes I helped bring it down. I got the Deliver trophy quest, ran to the cave and entered, and it didn't claim it, but I lost the quest (Quest Failed) and never received the quest completion. I could walk around the Home cave with the trophy in my mouth; dropping and picking it up did nothing. When I left the cave, the Trophy was gone, and when I re-entered, it had despawned.

Observed Result
Received "Deliver Trophy" quest when entering Home cave. Quest failed while I was still holding the trophy in my mouth.
Expected Result
Investigate, not much you can do, have never seen the issue since
Steps to Reproduce
Rexes dropped me the Trophy, got the quest, went to the home cave, entered, but it was marked as Quest failed; never received the trophy or quest completion benefits. Delivered many trophies since I haven't seen the issue again.
