Hunger icon persists after death

Hunger Icon persists after groupmate is fed and even after they die and respawn.

It did not cause any gameplay issues but it is distracting to have on during gameplay.

I expect the icon to dissappear when their hunger level increases to the appropriate amount via either eating or the full bar given after death.
