PSN constant server disconnect for mass populous

about >=75% of the servers disconnects PSN users after 30-45 min. I have been playing with over 30 different psn players and they all experience it. It disconnects ALL PSN users from server and says the player is still logged into another season, thus rendering ALL multi-player inert.

This is the QR code: Connection timed out from Official Matchmaking server with ID: a2d1cae5-a6ec-4d2e-a54b-510310199961. You are then unable to join ANY server until you're timed out of the previous server. Won't let join same server either.

Not to lose connection or of i do; be able to join a server or even rejoin the same server.
