Pachy charge not working

My charged headbutt isn’t working when I use it I’m in slow motion my normal run is faster

When I use my charge it works in slow motion instead of like everyone else’s patchy shooting forward I run in slow motion

I’d like it to work honestly but if not then I’d like the marks back that I spent on the ability
