Anodontosaurus Sprinting not working

When playing as Anodontosaurus, in juvenile/Adolescent stage, my sprinting is bugged and would only sometimes activate.
When I hold the sprint button the indicator shows it's active, but it doesn't allow me to sprint.
In the video evidence you can see the sprint indicator light up but I won't be able to sprint.
In the second recording I showed a temporary fix, if you do drastic turn movements while the bug is active then it would fix itself and you would start to sprint as intended.
My sprint key is set to 'HOLD' if that helps in some way.
