Tree crossing Glitch SG

When approaching a fallen tree I got given the option to fell it again, when this happened it glitched into the water and I was no longer able to cross it but other players were.

Glitched into water and crossing was impossible for me but stayed the same for other players. When some other players tried to cross it would shoot them into the sky on my screen not sure if this happened on theirs as well.

Being able to cross and not being given an option to fell a tree already down.
