Stego spit cooldown bug

When using the spit on stego, it goes off cooldown and then goes to 1 second and then off cooldown again. or it stayed on 3 seconds and started going on 3 again and again (only happened once while testing and havent been able to reproduce the outcome again)
If it doesnt do that, it then stays on 1 second for nearly 3 seconds.
(I have tested this on officials and community servers)

I use the spit, wait for the cooldown, and once its off cooldown it goes on cooldown again for a second.

it should not go on cooldown again right after cooldown ends.
