Exiting the menu after using the edit quests command to finish a quest causes your camera to lock in place.

Observed Result
After exiting the edit quests command menu, my camera was locked in place, and I had to fix it by opening the logout menu and then resuming the game.
Expected Result
My camera should not have been locked in place.

While in the menu, finish a quest

Once you exit out, your camera will be locked in place, and is only fixable by opening the logout menu and then resuming the game.
