Stego clamp disabled tail barrage

After using clamp and the clamp countdown ends it disables your second tail slot

I used clamp after getting enough stacks and then it disables my second attack and I can use clamp without having stacks

For me to loose my ability to clamp until I get my stacks back and be able to use my tail barrage
