Problem with mouse when entering character menu.

When entering the "character" menu, the game no longer recognizes the mouse, only the keyboard. To exit, I have to use the "esc" key because it doesn't recognize the mouse, or I have to keep clicking digitally until it comes back and recognizes it. My friend Buenokk 742-108-751 tested it on his PC and everything was working normally. Here's a video where he tests it and it's normal, and another where I test it and it doesn't recognize it. This sometimes happens in the main menu too, but you just need to exit and enter the game and it goes back. I'm using a Samsung Tab S10 Lite.
