Suddenly Can't Collect Quest Items

I was just doing quests on my pycno just fine and noticed that after collecting one acorn in Sinkhole (Panjura) I could no longer collect anything. The item cluster wouldn't highlight except for very specific angles where it would just disappear again, forcing me to relog. My ping/connection was fine, this wasn't the effect of lag/disconnection. At first I thought maybe that specific pile was in a buggy location, but then I noticed I could no longer collect from ANY pile.

Edit: After reviewing my footage a couple more times, I believe this is potentially related to swallowing the meat chunk and hitting Q to collect while the tail end of the animation was playing.

I collected one acorn from a item cluster and couldn't collect any more from any other piles of acorns. I have no clue what triggered this, all I did before was swallow a meat chunk.

Should be able to always collect items at any time (when you have the quest that requires them)
