Randomly Stopping & Getting Stuck Temporarily/Movement Freezes

I was playing struthiomimus and I have been getting stuck in place for no reason randomly. I'm not stuck on anything, it's like my keyboard was disconnected or something, but then I get teleported a foot or two back and I can move again. I don't have network issues (sometimes it hiccups but lasts longer longer than these movement interruptions and hiccups NEVER occur this frequently and this hasn't ever happened before) and my keyboard has no issues like this on any other game. I had it happen about 3 ish times in 10 minutes, some movement freezes longer than others..

While running, my dino will randomly and suddenly come to a halt for about 2-5 seconds, I can't move at all or do anything, and then it teleports me back a few feet before I can move again. I worry this is going to get me killed in the future if I am fleeing.

**** In my videos, when I come to a stop, I was not actually stopping and was still pressing WASD keys at a standstill. When it cuts and sets me back a foot or two, that's when I can then keep moving. ****

This just shouldn't happen at all.
