Observed Result
We were on tylos fighting a duck at the Home Cave between Twisted Forest and Volcano Isles for over 10 minutes and it was not getting homecave debuff.
Expected Result
Semis should be getting debuffed by all home caves they have access to.
Steps to Reproduce
1
Get on a semi aquatic and stand by a home cave for at least 5 minutes. When I tested on Tylo, I got debuffed in 3 minutes.
