Dinosaur Quest Collection Speed Bug

After the latest update, some dinosaurs that previously had fast collection speeds have become extremely slow. There is even a roughly 1-second delay between each collection action. However, when I logged in and played with the Albertaceratops today, it collects quest resources extremely quickly, just like before the update. It remains fast after the update, while other dinosaurs appear to have slowed down.

Quest collection is slow, similar to high latency. Items that used to be collected in 0.5 seconds now take over 1 second.

I believe this is a bug, though it might not be. Without this issue, item collection should be fast instead of behaving as if there is high latency.
