Sty can't eat when food above 95%

if a stys food is above 90% on the food meter, so visibly showing they could eat, and under 100% a sty is not able to eat.
Attached are two videos to show it happening. It's not the normal "can't interact with anything" bug. This was all recorded on official gondwa.
Video 1: can't eat, shows food meter, and proof i have correct diet.
Video 2: I wait for my food to go down a little more then i'm finally able to eat.

I -believe- what is happening is that that food threshold isn't low enough to actually eat but still showing that i am able to on the meter.
For example. Let's say a dino is full at 100 food, but not hungry enough to eat until under 95 food.
When between 95-100 it shows hungry enough to eat but you actually aren't able to.
