Collision issue - supposed to be going through the roots but instead ramping up to thin air

As the title states, there is a collision issue at these coordinates at twisted forest where you can run up instead of heading through the roots as supposed to.

running up an invisible ramp as to where I was headed

Supposed to be running through the root gap where located rather than running up a collision
