Observed Result
I saw the leeds spam the ability constantly and was able to fracture on each one of the hits.
Expected Result
When picked up it should be able to use the abilities it has but with a cooldown like normal
Steps to Reproduce
1
Picked up the leeds to see if it could spam the same ability. Then tried as it used the attack to see if it instantly went off cooldown.
