Quest menu displaying completed quests improperly

When completing a quest the finished quest usually appears at the top of the list when you open the quest menu to collect the completed quest, however since the update they now display randomly in the list, usually being last or 2nd from bottom on the list so you have to scroll through the incomplete quests to collect the completed one.

When i went to collect my completed quests i didnt see the completed quest collection option at the top, i had to scroll through the list of available/active quests only to find it at the bottom of the list before i could collect it.

I would expect, as usual, the completed quests would be at the top of the quest collection menu.
