stego clamp sometimes doesn't work

When you use the clamp ability it refuses to clamp something even if you hit it. I hit the laten couple of times and it only worked on the third.
You may also see that you need 3 stacks to activate the clamp ability while the sense ability says you need 2.

Hitting the target doesn't work and doesn't clamp them

After hitting the target you the clamp should work and get them on your tail.
