Deinonychus slicer not working

The Deinonychus 'slicer' ability is not providing a chunk of meat.

When using 'slicer' on a player - the ability triggers, and triggers the current sense I am using which is 'escape artist', however no chunk of meat is ripper from the target.

It is expected that 'slicer' will rip a chunk of meat from the target and allow me to eat it to gain health back, whilst also triggering 'escape artist'.
