Invisible wall when ascending from the underwater cave into east passage river from coastland swamp

I was on spino and as I was swimming in coastland swamp and taking the cave near “the bend” sub POI to head over to east passage river I couldn’t ascend up to the river there was an invisible barrier blocking me

My spino was stopped when there was nothing blocking me

If this wasn’t pressing I should’ve been able to smoothly ascend up to east passage river
