Foam flying in the sky

This bug is similar to the earlier Flying Fish Swarm glitch. Instead of fish swarms, the affected object this time is deep-sea foam.

More deep-sea foam generates nearer the water. Foam will also show up on land if you face a certain direction.

These objects should not appear floating in the sky
