Infinite Stego Clamp
Description
Occasionally, when using clamp, you can forever use clamp after reaching the 5 limit and the cooldown running out.

Observed Result
I observed being able to use clamp after the slotted time.
Expected Result
I expect, that after 60 seconds, I cannot use clamp.
Steps to Reproduce

Be stego and charge up your 5 swings. I used it on a cerato, but I assume anything works.

Clamp the cerato however many times you want.

As the timer goes down, use the ability in such a way that the cooldown for the attack surpasses the cooldown to use the ability. (Unsure if this is the cause, but its what I noticed most commonly led to the bug)

After the attack cooldown goes, it occasionally allows you to forever use clamp with no necessary variables. Relogging fixes this.
